Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala, based in Bali, seeks a Front Office/Guest Services Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring service quality and safety standards while addressing guest needs to achieve high satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, a Hospitality Management degree, and strong English skills. The role requires shift work (morning/afternoon/night) and willingness to be based in Canggu, Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Front Office position.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Good knowledge of VHP system, hotel & restaurant product knowledge, and service and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer operations.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong service orientation with a responsible and professional attitude.
• Ready to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
• Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.
