Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala seeks a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Senior Staff to support financial accounting, tax compliance, reconciliation, and monthly closing across Property, Hotel, and F&B units in Bali. You will ensure accuracy of financial records, tax reporting, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, drafting monthly statements, VAT and withholding tax returns, and audit support. Requires 2–3 years in accounting/tax and on-site Bali availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliation, tax compliance, VAT, and withholding tax
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple business units
• Willing to be based in Bali and work on-site

• Calculate, issue Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak), and prepare monthly tax returns (VAT, Corporate/Withholding Taxes) for holding and units, organizing audit documentation.
• Prepare Audit Working Papers and organize supporting documentation for internal and external auditors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance, Accounting & Tax Senior Staff to support financial accounting, tax compliance, reconciliation, and monthly closing activities across multiple business units, including Property, Hotel, and F&B. The role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, tax reporting, account reconciliations, financial reporting support, and audit documentation.

Key responsibilities

Verify daily transaction journal entries across business units (Property, Hotel, F&B) and perform periodic bank, inventory, and inter-company account reconciliations.

Prepare draft monthly financial statements for assigned business units and assist in consolidating financial worksheets.

Calculate, issue Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak), and prepare monthly tax returns (VAT, Corporate/Withholding Taxes) for holding and units, while organizing tax audit documentation.

Prepare Audit Working Papers and organize supporting documentation for both internal and external auditors.

Requirments

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
