Responsibilities

• Verify daily transaction journal entries across business units and perform periodic reconciliations.
• Prepare draft monthly financial statements and assist consolidation.
• Calculate and issue Tax Invoices and prepare monthly VAT/Corporate/withholding tax returns.
• Organize tax audit documentation and prepare Audit Working Papers.
• Produce supporting documentation for internal and external auditors.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance, Accounting, & Tax professional for the Corporate FAT Senior Staff position. This role is responsible for technical reconciliations, daily journal verification, routine tax filing preparations, and executing monthly financial closing procedures across all business units.

Key responsibilities

Verify daily transaction journal entries across business units (Property, Hotel, F&B) and perform periodic bank, inventory, and inter-company account reconciliations.

Prepare draft monthly financial statements for assigned business units and assist in consolidating financial worksheets.

Calculate, issue Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak), and prepare monthly tax returns (VAT, Corporate/Withholding Taxes) for holding and units, while organizing tax audit documentation.

Prepare Audit Working Papers and organize supporting documentation for both internal and external auditors.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Accounting/Tax Staff (experience in a Public Accounting Firm / KAP preferred).

Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting/ERP software.

Brevet A & B Certification (preferred).

Detail-oriented, highly adaptable, strong work ethic, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
