Qualifications

As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications. You'll participate in the full software development lifecycle—from research and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement—while working in an agile environment that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Whether you're building payment services, internal business platforms, or enterprise applications, you'll have opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow alongside experienced engineers.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications.
• Build new features while continuously improving existing systems for performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design to ensure high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and implement scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and engineering innovation.
• Work in an Agile development environment with regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Go (Golang), or Python.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Golang is highly preferred for engineers supporting payment platforms.
• Experience with Odoo development (Python), ERP customization, or enterprise business applications is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or automated testing is an advantage.
