Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of software engineering or full-stack experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Go or Python and modern backend stacks.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend and full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and system design for quality and security.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance in production.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
