Job summary

Blibli is seeking a People Development Senior Staff to design and deliver impactful training programs across multiple service channels. You will shape learning experiences, support agent development, and use data-driven insights to improve training effectiveness and performance outcomes.

You will help onboard new agents, develop engaging materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience in learning & development, training, or people development roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience in facilitating training or onboarding programs is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training data and measure effectiveness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with agents and stakeholders.
• Creative approach in designing engaging learning experiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of training programs using a blended learning approach (eLearning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job coaching).
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs.
• Guide and support new agents during On-the-Job Training (OJT) to ensure successful onboarding and performance readiness.
• Develop engaging learning materials such as case studies, simulations, and social learning content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business goals and operational needs.
• Analyze training data (participation, performance, feedback) to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Monitor and report training impact, including ROI and performance outcomes.
• Stay updated on learning & development trends to enhance training quality and efficiency.

You will help shape learning experiences, support agent development, and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and performance outcomes.
