As a Property Operations Officer (MEP Engineer), you will be responsible for managing and improving critical mechanical systems — including HVAC and utilities — across Blibli’s facilities. Your expertise will help create safe, comfortable, and efficient environments where Bliblioneers can perform at their best. By ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability, you directly contribute to the success of our people and the company’s ongoing transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop project plans, budgets, and mechanical designs for HVAC and utility systems.
• Plan and manage MEP projects to ensure safe, comfortable, and reliable working environments.
• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring facilities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure all mechanical and utility systems operate reliably to support daily business activities.
• Act as a technical partner for internal stakeholders, providing engineering expertise to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure facilities effectively meet organizational requirements.
• Enforce company standards, procedures, and safety policies across all properties.
• Identify improvement opportunities in facility systems to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
• High sense of ownership with a people-first approach to facility operations.
• Experience handling warehouse or retail store projects is a strong advantage.
