About The Role

Within this transformation, the Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring reliable financial processes, timely payments, and compliance with accounting and tax standards.

As a Finance & Accounting Senior Supervisor , you will execute and support end-to-end Accounts Payable and accounting processes. This includes invoice verification, tax identification, financial recording, reconciliation, and payment processing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all transactions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Execute invoice verification through three-way matching (PO, invoice, and goods receipt) for vendors and partners.
• Identify and classify tax objects for all incoming invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Perform general ledger activities , including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Monitor and report Accounts Payable balances and accruals on a daily and weekly basis.
• Support advance payment and reimbursement processes (BDC, BS, FDP) and ensure proper documentation.
• Process vendor and partner payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile manpower and attendance data with internal systems and vendor invoices.
• Support preparation of financial data for external audit and tax audit purposes.
  
  

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, general ledger, and transaction recording .
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting tools.
• Knowledge of tax identification and compliance in financial transactions.
• Strong skills in reconciliation and financial data analysis , with proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
