Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Reconciliation Jr. Officer to join our Finance Operations team in Jakarta.

You will reconcile revenue and related costs for fulfillment and distribution, follow up on outstanding payments, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cash flow. You will collaborate with Finance, FAS Operations, and business teams to maintain reliable financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with GPA requirement of at least 3.25/4.00.
• Minimum 2 years experience in AR reconciliation or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Good communication with internal stakeholders to coordinate follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile bank-in transactions, order data, and system reports to ensure revenue is recorded correctly.
• Perform revenue reconciliation for fulfillment and distribution transactions, aligning orders, billing, and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
• Support reconciliation and validation of cost components related to FAS operations.
• Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Investigate root causes of reconciliation gaps and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries and aging reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Finance, FAS Operations, and Business teams to maintain accurate records.

Within this transformation, our Finance Operations team plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue integrity and ensuring that every transaction is recorded, reconciled, and collected accurately.

As a Reconciliation Jr. Officer, you will focus on reconciling revenue and related cost components for our fulfillment and distribution operations. This role goes beyond data matching - you will actively follow up on outstanding payments, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue is fully recognized and collected. Your work directly supports cash flow, financial reliability, and management decision-making in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and reconcile bank-in transactions, order data, and system reports to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and complete.
• Perform revenue reconciliation for fulfillment and distribution transactions, ensuring alignment between orders, billing, and payments.
• Actively follow up on outstanding receivables with internal teams or business counterparts to ensure timely payment collection.
• Support reconciliation and validation of cost components related to FAS operations when required.
• Identify discrepancies between financial records, operational data, and payment status, and drive resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Investigate root causes of reconciliation gaps and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries, aging reports, and analysis for management review.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, FAS Operations, and Business teams to maintain accurate, timely, and reliable financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00 .
• Minimum 2 years o f experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation or finance operations; experience in logistics or distribution is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
• High sense of urgency with sound judgment when working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical capability to extract, process, and interpret data for reconciliation and reporting purposes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Good communication skills to support coordination and payment follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
