Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a senior programmer to lead simulator development for testing digital technology solutions. You will design, implement, and maintain simulators used in large-scale projects, collaborating with application teams to ensure robust testing capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of programming experience, strong C++, Python or Java skills, and proven experience with simulator frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a programmer or equivalent role, with strong simulator development focus.
• Strong understanding of simulator development principles and best practices.
• Proven experience developing simulators for testing in large-scale projects.

• Lead technical expert in development, testing and maintenance of simulators for testing digital technology solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality, efficiency and maintainability.

Employment Type: Project-Based Fixed-Term Contract (PKWT) – Lintasarta

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Programmer or equivalent role, with a strong focus on simulator development.
• Strong understanding of simulator development principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience developing simulators for testing purposes, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or other high-precision industries is highly preferred.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with simulator frameworks, libraries, and testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
• Serve as the lead technical expert in the development, testing, and maintenance of simulators used for testing digital technology solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews and code reviews to ensure code quality, efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Review and validate testing scenarios involving simulator-based environments.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to simulator performance, accuracy, and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with application development teams to define simulation strategies and testing coverage.
• Provide technical recommendations regarding risks, improvements, and optimization opportunities in simulator development.
• Support other digital technology initiatives requiring simulator development expertise.
