Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking AI Developers for a strategic Artificial Intelligence initiative in the banking industry, onsite at Jakarta client site. You will develop AI applications, integrate LLMs, automate workflows, and build backend APIs.

Requires a Bachelor's in CS/IS/IT, minimum 3 years' experience, and hands-on SDLC, Git, and modern web frameworks; PKWT contract and full-time onsite in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as AI Developer or similar role.
• AI certifications are a plus.
• Strong SDLC understanding.
• Hands-on with Git (branching, MR, code reviews).
• Familiarity with clean code and best practices.
• Proficiency in Web Dashboards (React/Vue or similar).
• Backend API development with Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Experience designing/maintaining N8N workflows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs/SDKs with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic or open-source).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Web Dashboards, Backend APIs, and N8N workflows based on requirements.
• Integrate LLMs, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise apps to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Write clean, documented code following SDLC standards.
• Conduct unit and integration testing; debug and fix issues.
• Monitor and optimize applications and workflows for reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.

Lintasarta is looking for talented professionals to join our team as AI Developers for a strategic Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiative within the banking industry. If you have experience in AI application development, Large Language Model (LLM) integration, workflow automation, and backend development, we would love to hear from you.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role.
• AI-related certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Git version control (branching, merge requests, and code reviews).
• Familiarity with clean code principles and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in developing Web Dashboards using React, Vue, or other modern web frameworks.
• Strong experience in Backend API development using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar technologies.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining N8N workflows.
• Proven experience integrating REST APIs and SDKs with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and application performance optimization skills.
• Willing to work under a Project-Based Fixed-Term Employment Contract (PKWT) with Lintasarta.
• Willing to work full-time and onsite (WFO) at Lintasarta’s banking industry client in Jakarta.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Web Dashboards, Backend APIs, and N8N workflows based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), REST APIs, databases, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to SDLC standards and development best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure application quality and stability.
• Monitor, maintain, optimize, and refactor applications and automation workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including source code documentation, API documentation, N8N workflow documentation, deployment guides, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous enhancement of AI solutions in production environments.
