Job summary

KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, is seeking a Senior Server to lead the service team and uphold high standards of guest service in a lively setting. You will supervise daily operations, train staff, and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a Senior Waiter, excellent communication, and a professional, positive attitude. Must reside in Bali to apply.

Qualifications

• Must currently be domiciled in Bali.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Waiter in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in leading and supporting a service team.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service from opening to closing.
• Provide excellent and personalized service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in training and guiding Waiters and new team members.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Floor team.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment.
