Job summary

KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, Bali, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. The candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth operations from opening to closing, and provide personalized guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal applicant should be Bali-based with at least 2 years of Senior Waiter experience, strong knowledge of service standards, and excellent communication to support a high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Waiter in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in leading and supporting a service team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service from opening to closing.
• Provide excellent and personalized service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in training and guiding Waiters and new team members.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Floor team.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment.
