Innomotics Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales for Products with a proven sales track record. The role focuses on technical consultancy, business development and sales for High Voltage Motor & Drives within the assigned product portfolio and industry verticals.

The candidate will drive customer engagement, specify products to EPCs and OEMs, and lead training and forecasting activities. The successful candidate will work with the Head of ASEAN Lead Bundle & Regional Director,

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of variable speed drives, induction motors, slip-ring motors & alternators.
• Minimum eight years in technical sales, preferably with electric motors.
• Proven success in large drive system projects or motor contracts.
• Ability to handle technical POs and ensure delivery meets requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral technical/business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales opportunities pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales and business development plans; recruit partners to expand market reach.
• Provide monthly progress reports with market movements and intelligence.
• Maintain technical competence and up-to-date market knowledge.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and post-sales support coordination.
• Present technology and benefits; synthesize technical material for customers.
• Drive product specifications towards End Customers, OEMs, EPCs & partners.
• Participate in technical specifications, clarifications and contract reviews.
• Provide training to partners and coordinate with sales teams.
• Manage product margins and discount structures for LVM.
• Support digital sales initiatives and CRM reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during all sales activities.
