Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales – Data Center to drive growth and build strategic relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants and EPC/MEP contractors. You will develop sales strategies for the data center cooling market and manage pipelines across projects, leading negotiations to close orders.

The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC solutions, a proven track record in selling complex systems, and willingness to travel for key customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or project sales.
• Experience in Data Center, HVAC, Cooling System, MEP, Pump, or Building Services industries is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC and cooling systems, particularly chilled water systems, cooling towers, chillers, and water circulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Data Center and HVAC/Cooling System market.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with data center owners/operators, consultants, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, and system integrators.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project pipelines from early specification through project execution.
• Provide technically appropriate solutions for cooling, HVAC, chilled water, cooling tower, and water circulation applications.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive opportunities through to order closing.
