• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and team.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools to track performance and manage relationships.
• Results-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving growth and profitability.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities
