Job summary

KBA DMC in Bali seeks an experienced Outbound Tour Manager to lead the outbound travel division, shaping program design, supplier negotiations, and efficient operations for both FIT and group travel.

You will build international itineraries, manage relationships with overseas partners, and ensure high standards of service. Fluency in English and strong leadership are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound tour, travel agency, or tour operation.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel markets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to lead a team and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Outbound Tour Department and daily operations.
• Develop and manage international tour packages for FIT, Group, Corporate, and Special Interest Travel.
• Create competitive itineraries, tour programs, and quotations based on market demand.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas DMCs, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, attractions, and other travel partners.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, allocations, and special offers with suppliers.
• Monitor international travel trends and identify new destinations and business opportunities.
• Ensure all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, tours, and other services, are properly coordinated.
• Supervise the reservation, ticketing, quotation, and operational process for outbound bookings.
• Handle group movements and ensure smooth operations from booking until completion of the trip.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency of outbound products.
