Qualifikationen

• 3 to 7+ years of dedicated experience in Corporate Funding, Institutional Deposit Relations, Priority Banking, or similar roles.
• Active, well-maintained network of corporate treasurers, business owners, BPR leaders, or affluent families.
• Thorough command of commercial deposit structures, liquidity management, and inter-bank funding practices.
• Exceptional active listening and transparent, thoughtful problem solving.
• Uncompromising personal integrity and commitment to ethical banking standards.

• Establish deep, dependable ties with MDs, finance heads, and founders to deliver customized treasury and liquidity solutions.
• Drive institutional linkage through inter-bank deposit placements and collaborations with partner banks/BPRs.
• Serve affluent private clients with discreet, consultative deposit arrangements aligned to wealth preservation goals.
• Oversee complete portfolio lifecycle from onboarding to maturity tracking and rollover strategy execution.
• Maintain rigorous KYC and regulatory compliance with risk guidelines.
