Job summary

CTBC Bank Indonesia seeks a Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and contributing to bank growth.

You will proactively engage with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, develop tailored solutions, and advise on deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management products. Collaboration with product, credit, and legal teams ensures seamless service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing role in banking/financial services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Certifications such as WAPERD, WPPE are a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with existing and potential high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to understand their financial objectives
• Develop and execute client relationship strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Advise clients on deposits, loans, investments, and wealth management solutions
• Monitor client portfolios and market trends to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Prepare regular reports on client activities and portfolio performance
