Job summary

Wirehire is seeking a Senior Consultant, Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment projects for our tech startup clients in Indonesia. You will build strong client relationships, lead full-cycle hiring, and actively source top talent through networks and proactive outreach.

You will mentor junior teammates, provide market insights, and pursue new business opportunities. Fluency in Indonesian and English, plus excellent communication, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.).
• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: build and nurture strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• End-to-End Recruitment: lead full cycle for mid- to senior-level roles from sourcing to offers.
• Talent Sourcing: use innovative strategies and networks to identify top tech and startup talent.
• Project Leadership: manage multiple client projects, mentor juniors, ensure timely delivery.
• Market Intelligence: track industry trends and talent landscapes to guide clients and team.
• Business Development: identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
