Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Client Prospecting & Pipeline Development: identify prospective clients and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Solution Consulting & Commercial Negotiation: present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms.
• Commercial Risk & Revenue Optimization: assess opportunities and ensure profitability.
• End-to-End Sales Process Management: manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Internal Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with recruitment, finance, and operations teams.
• Candidate Assessment & Selection: source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for roles.
• Client Relationship Development: grow relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Market Intelligence & Professional Networking: monitor industry trends and salary movements.
