Job summary

Rintisan Teknologi Waralaba is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in Jakarta. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while aligning with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills across major channels, and excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication. This role requires a proactive, organized, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Indonesian talent market and recruitment practices.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand manpower needs and recruitment requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously ensuring targets, timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support market research and salary benchmarking to keep the company competitive in talent attraction.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding.
