Job summary

PT Nextgen Inovasi Indonesia is seeking an IT Quality Assurance professional in Jakarta. The candidate will evaluate business processes affected by software, craft test strategies and scripts, and execute tests across applications and systems.

Responsibilities include reporting results to developers and collaborating to resolve issues. A 1+ year QA background, knowledge of SDLC, and familiarity with Postman and Scrum are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in IT Quality Assurance.
• Experience with one or more testing automation tools such as Katalon, JMeter, Selenium.
• Experience with manual testing.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with bug tracking, ticketing and testing processes.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, QA tools (Postman) and Scrum processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive tests.
• Knowledge of black box and white box testing.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current business processes affected by the software system.
• Create test strategies, test scenarios, test scripts and test protocols.
• Execute and test the application and system.
• Report test results to the development team after analysis.
• Collaborate with the development team to fix problems and bugs.
