Job summary

SQE (S-Quantum Engine) is seeking a Senior QA Lead to drive end-to-end QA strategy for web, mobile, and API platforms. You will define automation architecture, lead test framework decisions, and ensure release readiness through rigorous metrics and governance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed quality throughout the SDLC, mentor engineers, and advance a quality-first culture in a fast-growing environment in BSD, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on QA with test automation and quality strategy.
• Expertise in automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Deep experience testing mobile apps, web apps, and APIs at scale.
• CI/CD integration and DevOps workflow experience.
• Strong communication in English; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Authorize QA standards, testing methodologies, and release readiness criteria.
• Plan and evaluate test coverage for functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT suites.
• Mentor mid and junior QA engineers; promote quality-first culture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed QA in SDLC/CI-CD.
• Report defects, track resolutions, and drive preventive actions.
• Formulate quality metrics and report release readiness.
