PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) seeks a Senior QA Automation for Banking Industry to join on a contract basis in South Jakarta.

Lead automated testing for mission-critical banking software, ensuring precision, reliability, and security to meet regulatory standards. You will design and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber), drive API/database/performance testing, and mentor junior QA engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber)
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge and regulatory awareness
• API testing, database testing and performance testing in banking environments
• Strong SQL for data validation and testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX or similar regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites for banking applications
• Lead creation and execution of automated test scripts across platforms
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify gaps
• Identify, document and track defects and verify fixes
• Implement and optimize test automation strategies to improve efficiency
• Conduct performance and security testing for banking apps
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices
• Ensure adherence to banking compliance standards and testing protocols
• Participate in CI/CD processes and integrate tests into pipelines
• Review test results and provide process improvement recommendations
