Job summary

Cove is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end onboarding of new properties, from initial technical assessment and CAPEX planning through to property readiness and operational handover.

You will manage project scope, timelines and budgets; assess building technical and maintenance needs; coordinate cross‑functional teams; prepare detailed condition reports; oversee utilities and furnishing readiness; and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operations and systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property onboarding projects from acquisition to handover.
• Assess properties from technical, condition, operational and maintenance perspectives.
• Review CAPEX budgets and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed condition reports for new properties and capture handover readiness.
• Oversee utilities installation and provisioning of standard household items.
• Escalate complex building/technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Lead additional cross-functional or strategic projects as needed.
