Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Singapore-based HQ is expanding with a Project Engineer role in Bintan, Indonesia. You will lead project objectives, assign teams, and ensure product and process compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing or engineering management, with strong English communication and hands-on scheduling software experience (MS Project, monday.com).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to manufacturing (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis, process improvement, project management, and manufacturing methods.
• Good technical understanding, documentation, and safety management.
• Experience with scheduling/planning software such as MS Project and monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with management.
• Allocates responsibilities and assigns personnel to project phases and elements.
• Determines specifications by studying product design and customer requirements.
• Tests to confirm product performance and compliance.
• Plans schedules by studying plans, timing, and sequencing.
• Maintains schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Controls plan changes and budgets; approves expenditures and contractor contracts.
• Prepares status reports and analyzes trends for action.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures.
