Lead materials planning, purchasing, and supplier management to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.
Manage warehouse and inventory operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels, space, and material flow.
Drive cost control, Lean, Kaizen, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Lead and develop purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams through effective performance management and training.
Ensure regulatory, import, customs, ESG, and company compliance while managing supply chain risks and contingency plans.
Drive ERP and supply chain system utilization to improve visibility, planning, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other Esco entities and support cross-site projects, including occasional business travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA/APICS/CSCP is an advantage.
5–10 years of manufacturing supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ERP and Supply Chain Management systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Slimstock, Kinaxis, or similar.
Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, cost reduction, and Lean skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Demonstrates integrity, transparency, objectivity, and strong ethical judgment in decision-making.
