Job summary

Qualifications

• Good command of English (required)
• Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering, design, and engineering management experience in Indonesia
• Minimum 3 years in engineering/design management and interdisciplinary coordination
• Extensive experience with local Indonesian design firms and with workflows and standards of Indonesian design consulting
• Experience in design coordination for large-scale projects; prior experience with Chinese-funded or international teams is preferred
• Willing to work in East Halmahera, North Maluku under roster; candidates from East Halmahera or North Maluku are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise designer team members and monitor daily performance
• Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure workflow from concept to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality and brand guidelines
