Job summary

Hilti is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive complex engineering projects in Jakarta from concept to completion. You will lead engineering services through the full lifecycle, coordinate reviews, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while interfacing with the customer.

This role requires a technical degree, 5+ years in project engineering, and strong English communication. A driving license is preferred and LE MasterClass certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience.
• Experience on construction or industrial sites.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering scope from acquisition to execution.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical advisory and interface with customer disciplines.
• Join clash coordination sessions as Hilti representative when required.
• Ensure engineering documentation and design options are optimized.
