Qualifications

• Solid project administration and coordination experience.
• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of project processes, structure and control.
• Ability to manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Able to coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.

Responsibilities

• Provides project administrative support to project teams, including meeting minutes and room arrangements.
• Ensures delivery aligns with the as-sold solution while meeting quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Liaises with internal/external clients to maintain satisfaction.
• Tracks project budget and expenditures, supporting resource allocation.
• Prepares weekly active project lists and status reports for stakeholders.
• Supports resource utilization reporting and project scheduling.
• Reconciles invoices and purchase orders, monitoring costs.
• Maintains closure checklists and archives for completed projects.
