Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer client complaints within the service delivery team.
• Manage updates for contracted accounts and coordinate changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Gather information to satisfy client requirements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Produce client and internal service reports.
• Assist with incident reports and meeting notes.
• Maintain operation manuals and schedules; update stakeholders.
• Publish updates via release management channels.
• Support day-to-day filing, portal management, and contract records.
• Engage with service delivery groups to ensure seamless procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements; advise stakeholders.
