Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Client Project Manager to lead and direct concurrent client projects, from concept to final implementation, interfacing with all stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering as-sold solutions on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction. The candidate will manage scope, risks, and changes, support pre-sales with solution scoping, and drive collaboration across project teams and client teams in a multinational professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent)
• PMP certification preferred
• ITIL certification beneficial

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
• Ensures that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within baselined budget and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Manages the delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management.
• Documentation and management of risks and issues.
• Ensures clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
• Provides pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project solution, including tender presentations.
• Identifies opportunities and influences sales by presenting delivery approach to client.
• Coordinates activities of project teams through task delegation or resource assignment.
• Performs any other related task as required.
