Job summary

Petrosea is seeking a senior logistics project controller to lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of improvement initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage resources, and mitigate risks while aligning with budget constraints.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in project control, with strong Primavera/MS Project and ERP skills, plus a focus on SHE compliance and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in project control, operations planning, or execution monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and ERP systems.
• Experience in cross-functional improvement or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed schedules and execution plans for logistics and warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and risk mitigation.
• Monitor logistics performance, material movements, and issue resolution to improve operations.
• Implement and maintain SHE programs and risk controls; ensure compliance with standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
