Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, direct and control all aspects of a major project in line with company policy and procedures. The role focuses on maximizing EBT, delivering contractual requirements, and ensuring HSE and CSR policy compliance.

You will coordinate engineering and construction activities, drive productivity gains, monitor costs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet budget and agency goals. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management.
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct and synergize all projects department to contribute to and align with projects productivity goals.
• All project departments are directed and synergized; implementation of operational excellence is monitored for productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of operational excellence and adherence to productivity and cost principles to beat the project budget.
• Support and advance the CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) program.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility, including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness and ISO/SMK3/SMKP compliance.
