Petrosea is seeking a senior logistics project controller to lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of improvement initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage resources, and mitigate risks while aligning with budget constraints.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience in project control, with strong Primavera/MS Project and ERP skills, plus a focus on SHE compliance and performance tracking.
Lead and control the planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring of logistics improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and operational initiatives in PLSS. Ensure that each project is executed on time, within scope, and aligned with Petrosea's operational goals and budget framework.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in project control, operations planning, or execution monitoring, preferably in logistics, mining, or EPC environments.
Strong understanding of project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project) and ERP systems.
Experience in managing cross-functional improvement or infrastructure projects.
Capable of identifying risks and managing mitigation plans.
Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking.
Strong communication and coordination skills with operational teams.
English proficiency is an advantage.
Project Management Certification (CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent - preferred)
