Job summary

PetroSea seeks a Project Director to plan, direct and control all aspects of the Project, ensuring delivery per policy and HSE/CSR requirements. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive operational excellence, monitor costs, and pursue continuous improvement to achieve the EBT target.

The role requires strong engineering and construction management knowledge, 3–5 years of field experience, and fluency in English. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Direct and synergize all projectsdepartment to contribute to and align with projects productivity goals.
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness and target Zero LTI.
