Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager at the Karawang Factory. You will lead a production line to achieve daily objectives, empower and develop your team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shift operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Engineering and 3–5 years in a food industry role with people-management experience. Strong focus on safety, housekeeping, and NGMP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
• 3-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry.
• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment.
• Ensure finished goods are manufactured to quality standards and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant clean and functional work areas and installations.
• Manage production through operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate tasks, assess team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with stakeholders on the line (shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions).
