Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager at the Karawang Factory to lead production lines, empower teams, and ensure on‑time output while meeting safety, quality, cost, and environmental requirements. You will drive manufacturing excellence by engaging colleagues, maintaining NGMP standards, and coordinating with maintenance, unions, and line stakeholders.

The role calls for a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering with 3–5 years in a food-industry function

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in a functional role in the food industry.
Ability to lead, engage and motivate people.
Ability to maintain a safe working environment through housekeeping and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the Safety Culture and ensure a Safe Working Environment.
Ensure semi-finish and finished goods meet quality standards and instructions (compliance).
Maintain clean and well‑kept working areas and NGMP installations.
Manage Production via operational reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
Organize and delegate tasks, evaluate team performance.
Maintain constant dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, and line stakeholders.
