Job summary

PT Donlim Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Manager Produksi Injeksi to lead and oversee injection moulding production operations in Demak, Central Java. You will drive efficiency, safety and quality while complying with company standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in production management, strong knowledge of moulding processes and the ability to lead teams, improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production management, preferably in injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, equipment operation and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead and manage production teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with timely solutions.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Indonesian and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and manage the injection moulding production team to ensure targets are met consistently
• Monitor production schedules, workflow and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment, machinery and finished products to maintain quality standards
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Manage inventory of raw materials and work-in-progress to support uninterrupted production
• Lead, train, mentor and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety
• Prepare production reports, performance metrics and documentation for senior management
• Collaborate with other departments including quality assurance, maintenance and logistics to ensure seamless operations
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programmes for production equipment
