Job summary

Global Fashion Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the data-driven recommendations and personalisation arm of Datajet, the global discovery platform powering Dafiti, ZALORA and THE ICONIC. You will set strategy for experiences, determine where recommendations add value, and translate insights into scalable product capabilities.

• Strong understanding of data-driven product development.
• Ability to translate customer insights into product requirements.
• Experience working with data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the recommendations strategy, roadmap and priorities across regions.
• Understand customer intent, context and journey to improve relevance.
• Shape end-to-end experiences for discovery, comparison and conversion.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate models into user value.
• Plan experiments, analyse results and iterate based on learnings.
• Define success metrics for relevance, engagement and commercial impact.
• Coordinate regional rollout and alignment with cross‑functional teams.
