Zusammenfassung

Shopee Sea Labs Indonesia is seeking an experienced product manager to advance the search and recommendation engine at scale. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, BI and stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements and measurable outcomes across product surfaces.

You will own media-related product requirements (SDKs, video processing, playback) and drive AI-powered capabilities into production, translating business goals into clear PRDs while maintaining guardrails

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–3 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis.
Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong ownership and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, BI and cross-functional stakeholders.
Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Drive integration of AI-powered capabilities into production systems with evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
Own product requirements for media-related capabilities (SDKs, video processing, playback).
Strengthen core platform infrastructure for scalability, reliability and cross-surface integration.
Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear PRDs.
