• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4+ years in Product Management in digital products, tech, fintech, or startups.
• Proven experience managing products from concept to launch and a strong product thinking mindset.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Gather user feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan and deliver features; prioritize by impact and feasibility.
• Use AI tools for design (wireframes/prototypes) and to draft PR specs.
• Run experiments (A/B tests) to validate ideas before rollout.
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality; conduct user testing and improve product.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders; foster cross-department collaboration.
• Own product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, engagement) and set quarterly targets.
