Sea Labs Indonesia is seeking an experienced product manager to join the Shopee Search & Recommendation team. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and stakeholders to deliver scalable system enhancements and improve data dashboards for clear metric visibility.

You will own media-related product requirements, drive AI-powered capabilities into production, and strengthen the platform to support millions of users in the discovery space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience; preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable system enhancements.
• Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks for accurate metrics and stakeholder visibility.
• Drive integration and deployment of AI-powered capabilities into production systems with evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
• Own product requirements for media-related capabilities including SDK enhancements and video processing flows.
• Strengthen core platform infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and structured PRDs.
