Job summary

Dealls, Indonesia’s leading job and mentoring platform, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own roadmaps for KantorKu HRIS and Dealls ATS. You’ll translate business goals into measurable initiatives and collaborate with engineering, design, and data to ship high-impact features.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SaaS/HR tech, a track record of end-to-end delivery, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for user-centric, scalable systems that drive adoption and business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of owning large, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking — comfortable working from both data and intuition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense: balance user experience, technical constraints, and business value.

Responsibilities

About The Role

You’ll own the roadmap for products that power how Indonesia works — from how companies manage payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, to how they attract and hire top talent on Dealls ATS.

Requirements

• Leadership experience mentoring PMs or managing cross-functional squads.
