Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Product Manager Intern to transform complex workflows into simple, powerful experiences across HRIS, ATS, and recruitment processes in Indonesia. You will work at the intersection of tech, business, and users, shaping features that affect thousands of companies and millions of job seekers.

You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and operations, owning ideation to launch, prioritizing roadmaps by data and business goals, and measuring success

You’ll support building products that power how thousands of companies run and hire. As Product Manager Intern, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, powerful experiences — whether that’s managing payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, or helping employers find their next great hire through Dealls ATS.

You’ll sit at the intersection of tech, business, and users — shaping products that impact hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of job seekers across Indonesia.

What You’ll Do
