About the Role

You’ll own the roadmap for products that power how Indonesia works — from how companies manage payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, to how they attract and hire top talent on Dealls ATS.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more major product lines.
• Translate company objectives into clear, outcome-driven product initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-impact features.
• Set and monitor success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, ARR contribution).
• Drive structured decision-making — from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Mentor associate PMs and guide squads in building scalable, customer‑centric systems.
• Partner directly with leadership to align product direction with business strategy and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of owning large, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking — comfortable working from both data and intuition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product sense: you can balance user experience, technical constraints, and business value.

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP).
• Technical fluency with APIs, system design, or data infrastructure.
