Job summary

Dealls, Indonesia's leading job and mentoring platform, is seeking a Product Manager to turn complex HR and recruitment workflows into simple, powerful experiences. You’ll work across Dealls ATS and KantorKu HRIS to impact thousands of employers and millions of job seekers nationwide.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle, define roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design, and ops, and set metrics to drive adoption and retention.

• Prior direct product management experience.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of how highly scaled digital/mobile products come together.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Constant attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features on time and at high quality.
• Deeply understand HR and recruitment workflows - translate pain points into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Set success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) and drive product decisions through insight.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy and scalability.

You’ll sit at the intersection of tech, business, and users - shaping products that impact hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of job seekers across Indonesia.
