Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is seeking an AVP of Product to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across KantorKu and Dealls. As AVP of Product, you’ll lead multiple product lines and squads, translating company vision into scalable, high-impact products used by millions of users and thousands of businesses.

You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to define priorities, launch new capabilities, and ensure every product shipped advances both user value and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience with at least 3 in leadership or multi-squad management.
• Proven track record leading B2B SaaS or marketplace products from concept to scale.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills; able to zoom out and dive deep.
• Excellent communication with engineering, design, business, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple verticals.
• Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Designers to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with company OKRs and long-term strategy.

• Partner with engineering and data to drive delivery from discovery to post-launch iterations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years experience in product management, with at least 3 years in leadership or multi-squad management.

• Strong people leadership and stakeholder alignment ability across engineering, business, and design.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
