• Excellent organizational, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Indonesian is an advantage.

Role Description The Senior Preschool Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for leading a preschool classroom, planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, and implementing a developmentally suitable curriculum. Daily tasks include organizing learning activities, observing and documenting children’s progress, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment, and communicating regularly with families about student development. The Senior Preschool Teacher also mentors junior teachers, collaborates with colleagues on program improvements, and supports the school’s Christian values in a respectful and inclusive manner.
